How to delete sub-account (team)

You can delete your sub-account by navigating into the account settings.

Click on your current account name in the top left corner of your dashboard (V2) and click on the “Account Settings” button.

You can get to the same page by clicking on the “Settings” button in the main menu on the left.

You will be presented with the form for changing your account details and a “Delete account” button.

Simply click on the “Delete account” button and enter your password in the “Current password” field if you are sure that you would like to remove your current sub-account.

Keep in mind that this action will delete all files, versions, players, watermarks and adtags associated with this account.

Finally click on the “Remove account” button after which you will be switched to your main personal account and the sub-account will be deleted.
