How to make file public?

To make file public, navigate to https://publit.io/dashboard/files page:

  • Locate your file and click on far right Edit icon.
  • Turn ON Switch button "Set files privacy to Public" and click on Update to change files privacy.

    This doesn't make it public. What if I have domain restricitons on. Do I have to add publit.io? as an allowable domain? It still doesn't work. 

     

    If I set something to be public then it should be public. I don't have time to trouble shoot this ridiculousness.
