How to embed player on a website?

In order to embed video with a specific player on a website, go to Media files page

Click more options button and select Embed player codes

Select specific Player you want to use and copy one of the codes from the page standard is Iframe.

After copying the embed code paste it on your website.

If you are using WordPress you can insert it in a custom HTML block.

The instructions above are not clear to me, as the option is to copy and paste four different codes, but no explanation of what code should be pasted when/where is given :-( When I copy the "Embed URL", nothing shows up... just the code itself. When I copy the "Source" code, the video shows up, but not in the skin I have selected. Etc. Can you please be more specific when you say "After copying the embed code..." but give several options of the code...
